the poultry feed pellet line can product 1-12mm different size pellet feed, for example 1.5mm pellet for days old chicks, 3mm or 4mm pellet for chicken, 6mm or 8mm pellet for cattle. our design can meet different request in market.
The automatic design is 8 batching bins for raw material collection. It can stock max 8 different raw material, such as corn, soymeal, wheat bran, sorghum, etc. We can set feed formula in PLC, then system can collect raw materials as formula setting.
