HKJ250 1tph Ring Die Feed Pellet Mill Plant

HKJ250 ring die pellet feed mill plant is smallest design for ring die pellet machine. the capacity is 1-1.5tons per hour for mash feed and 1-2tons per hour for mash feed.

The product line contain three product process: feed grinder and Mixer section, feed pellet section. pellet cooling and crushing section, and sifting and packing section.

2.1 Feed Grinder and Mixer Section

In this section, the main machine contain hammer mill machine and horizontal type mixer machine

2.1.1. Mixer is horizontal and batch mixer,the hammer mill is small hammer mill, the type can make powder feed;

2.1.2. The type of the hammer mill mixer machine have high efficient and can save the space for our feed factory.

2.1.3. The mixer body ends for double design, put an end to the two end dew material phenomenon;

2.1.4. The type of the hammer mill mixer machines equipped with grease add pipeline, overall reasonable structure, beautiful appearance, convenient operation and maintenance.

2.2 Feed Pellet Section

In this section, The main machine is HKJ250 feed pellet machine

2.2.1 HKJ250 ring die feed pellet machine is widely used in small-scale animal feed pellet production plant.

2.2.2 Crushed powder feed and powder material such wheat bran with moisture about 15%-20% can be granulated,so the feed pellet is easier to store.

2.2.3 The ring die feed pellet machine can very good to keep all kinds of trace elements in raw materials, animal feed intake, conducive to digestion and absorption.

2.3 Feed pellet cooling and crumble Section

In the section, The main machine contain pellet cooler machine and roller crusher machine

2.3.1 This kind of pellet cooler machine is feed pellet counter flow cooler, apply to cool feed or wood pellet,extruding granular material. The cooling system including: with fan(blower), cyclone, air-lock, cooler machine, can add vibrating screen.

2.3.2 Feed pellet roller crusher is optional machine, it will used for crushing feed pellet into suitable size by adjust two roller distance.
