The feed pellet mill unit can produce mash feed with 1ton per hour capacity and 2-8mm pellet feed with 500-1000kg per hour capacity. This type small animal feed mill unit is widely used in commercial poultry farm or small feed mill plant in start stage. It contain feed grinder mixer machine, screw conveyor, pellet machine and manual scale&sewing machine. Cooler and packing machine is optional as your request.

How does the feed pellet mill unit work?

1、Choose suitable raw material as for formula, such as corn. Soymeal, wheat bran,etc.

2、Collect raw material as formula, then grind raw material into fine powder one by one batch

3、Feed fine powder material into mixer machine together with wheat bran, bone meal, micro element, vitamin and other small additive raw materials to make complete mash feed.

4、Transport mixed raw material to pellet machine with screw conveyor. Then good pellet pellet made by pellet machine, can select suitable die as pellet feed size you need,

5、If you need cooler machine. All pellet feed can be cooled to environment temperature, if don’t have cooler machine, can cool it on plant ground.

6、packing finished pellet feed or mash feed into bag or to poultry farm directly.
