Automatic 10Tons/Hour Mash Feed Production Line
1. Poultry Feed Product line Feature:
1.1.The mash feed production line candeal with all kinds animal feed material,such as corn, soybean, sorghum, grain, bone, fish and others,it is very suitable to produce powder/mash feed for chicken,duck, rabbit, pig, cattle, cow, sheep feed, etc.
1.2. The powder mash feed output is 10-15tons/h.
1.3.The whole line have the advantage of low invest with high return, It is so easy to adjust feed formulation and feed material mix proportion
1.4. The product line contain three product process: Automatic batching section, Material crushing section, Mixing and packing section.

2. Poultry Feed Product Line Product Process
2.1. Feed materials collection and batching system(Optional)
In this section, the main machine is batching silo and weight scale.
For 10tph production line, we have 6 batching silo to stock 6 different main raw material.silos have total 51cbm . The material will scale automatic as different feed formula.

Bucket elevator transport each crushed feed into batching silo,by computer accoriding to feed formulation to match different feed into paddle mixer,mixer blend feed evenly. Before going into the main equipment, feed raw materials should be cleaned to remove impurities and iron parts in order to ensure the product quality and normal working of the main equipment. The main machine in this process contain bucket elevator, batching silo, weigh scale, and screw elevator.

2.2 Crushing Section
In this section, the main machine is water drop type hammer mill machine
2.1.1.real water drop type with unique air inlet method avoid the circulation in crushing. U-shape twice striking tank is set in the bottom of the crushing chamber to greatly improve the production
2.1.2.It’s equipped with Quick-start and fully-open operation door, elastic sieve pressing mechanism. It is easy to repair and change the sieve mesh.
2.1.3.The hammer screen sieve size can be adjustable to choose different size material 1.5-12mm.
2.1.4.The rotor is running smoothly through balance correction,low noise and excellent performance

In this section, The main machine is Horizontal Mixer Machine
