High Efficient Automatic SZLH420 Poultry Feed Production Line
1.1 The product capacity SZLH420 production line is 10-15tons per hour for mash feed and 8-15t/h for pellet feed, pellet size is 2-12mm.
1.2 SZLH420 automatic batching feed pellet production line is a commercial design feed pellet plant, through computer control automatic batching system, it easy to adjust feed formulation and feed material mix proportion.it have batching silo can matching different kinds of feed material, thus can meet customer different animal feed production demand.it not only can produce feed pellet for poultry feed (chicken feed, duck feed, etc),but also can produce livestock feed (cattle feed, sheep feed, rabbit feed, etc).
1.3 This type feed pellet production line can process all kinds of animal feed material, such as corn, soybean, wheat bran, sorghum, bone, fish, straw power, crushed grass, etc. it is very suitable to produce pellet feed and premix/powder/mash feed for chicken, duck, rabbit, pig, fish, shrimp, cattle, cow, sheep feed, etc.
2. SZLH420 Poultry Feed Pellet Plants Product Process
2.1. Feed materials receiving and cleaning system:
Before going into the main equipment, feed raw materials should be cleaned to remove impurities and iron parts in order to ensure the product quality and normal working of the main equipment.

2.2. Feed crushing system:
All big size feed raw materials should be grinded to small pieces or powder feed by hammer mill,hammer mill sieve can be 2,4,6,8,10mm.

2.3.Feed automatic batching and mixing system:
Bucket elevator transport each crushed feed into 12 pcs of batching silo,by computer according to feed formulation to match different feed into paddle mixer,mixer blend feed evenly.

2.4.Feed pellet system (Including steam conditioning system:
Adopt ring die feed pellet mill produce feed pellet with high production capacity and high grade pellet feed production effect. Ring die feed pellet mill can produce feed pellet,diameter 2-8mm,according to customer demand.
Steam boiler system supply steam to conditioner device,it can cooking and modulating feed improve feed moisture and temperature, steam conditioning equipment can improve the material granulating, increase production capacity, save the energy consumption of the granulating, improve the use life time of pelletizer ring die and roller.

Feed Conditioner Drive type: Belt type Single shaft paddle type conditioner, Built-in steam set can make the steam evenly and fully adjust the quality of raw materials, feed rate increase 3-5%, advanced steam jet device to effectively prevent steam back spray 2. ring die pellet mill capacity: 8-15tons per hour pellet size:2-12mm working process require the powder material moisture content lower than 15%. The powder temperature will be up to 64~85℃ and humidity up to 14 ~ 16% after stir. |
2.5.Feed pellet cooling system:
Produced feed pellet temperature vey high,it can't suitable to pack directly,so need pellet cooler machine cool down pellet feed temperature,by cooler machine can make pellet temperature room temperature+3 degree.

2.7.Feed pellet sieving system:
